Eggs - they are among the best foods you can eat if you need to lose weight. They’re high in protein, contain healthy fats, and can make you feel full with a very low number of calories. A healthy breakfast choice

Leafy greens - they have several properties that make them perfect for a weight loss diet. They are low in both calories and carbohydrates, but loaded with fiber. They can increase the volume of the meal so you get full easily. They may be the hardest to add to your diet but chose the ones you like; you will stand a better chance of sticking to the diet. There is a veggie out there for everyone.

Fish - is a healthy meat option. It is also very satisfying, keeping you full for many hours with relatively few calories. Salmon and Tuna are high in protein and is a good supplier of omega- fatty acids and iodine.
